Timeline Jumping is a transformative process that shifts you from repeating the same habits and thinking the same thoughts to consciously creating your reality. It's about saying 'yes' to what your soul truly desires and came here to experience on this earth. You are no longer thinking that you need to accept life the way it is but start to know that you are the creator of your life.

Timeline Jumping connects you to the version of yourself that already embodies your highest potential and gives you access to the wisdom and guidance of your ideal self. Through techniques like hypnosis and visualization, you’ll explore what your ideal future looks like.  Awareness practices and breathing help you to somatically connect to this new version so that you can align your nervous system with this new reality. It’s about stretching your nervous system capacity to be able to make space for something new.

Jumping into a new timeline means shifting your awareness from limiting beliefs and small thinking to expansive, new possibilities. You are redirecting your focus from what has limited you in the past to what truly fulfils you.

What does that mean to interrupt and
change your vibrational energy?

Every thought, every emotion - basically everything that you do and be creates a vibrational charge in your field. As beings of habit, we often follow the path of least resistance and choose the known, which feels safe and comfortable but keeps us stuck. 

The potentials you focus on during your Timeline Jump—be it:

  • a change in your career / starting your own business

  • an improvement in your relationships /attracting a supportive partner

  • financial stability / new sources of wealth and abundance

  • developing new skills

  • cultivating a greater sense of peace and fulfilment

Timeline Jumping sessions help you become aware of the aspects within that hold you back, which most of the time are anchored into your subconscious—be it a feeling of lack, where you constantly think that you don’t have enough resources/time and opportunities, a fear of the unknown, of failure, or taking new risks, the feeling of separation from the world around you or the experience of loneliness and isolation, believing that your own abilities and circumstances are fixed and cannot improve, thinking small and setting low expectations for yourself, feelings of not deserving, striving for perfection and fearing mistakes, clinging to familiar routines, pessimistic thinking, being in victim mentality, golding on to past traumas, failures and regrets.

By identifying and releasing these barriers, you free yourself to something new and more expansive.

Note: Timeline Jumping is not about escaping your current reality or bypassing your processes. We begin by acknowledging and accepting what is present, listening to your inner guidance. This deep connection and acknowledgement to whatever aspect is arising helps you understand where you need to go. Then, it’s time to choose your focus and embody the potential that has always been within you."

  • For your Timeline Jumping session, we will meet on Zoom and start by talking about your intentions for the journey - maybe you already know, what you would like to shift in your life. What new identity, value or potential would you like to embody in your life? In which area of your life to you want to see a change? This is your opportunity to clearly define your desires and set the stage for the process. If you are generally looking for more clarity, you can also start without a clear intention and see what wisdom arises for you in the session. 

  • You will be gently guided into a relaxed, trance-like state, allowing you to become deeply aware of how you see yourself in the present. What thoughts and feelings do you currently hold about your life? By focusing on the sensations within your body and observing without judgment, you start to understand your current reality at a deeper level.

  • Through visualization, you will move your current timeline into the void—a space of endless neutrality. Here, you dissolve the stories and meanings you've attached to yourself and your reality. Imagine letting go of all the limitations that have held you back. In this void, your eternal essence exists beyond time and space, allowing you to explore different outcomes and timelines.

  • Your journey continues as you explore new templates of your future. You will merge with all the higher possibilities and potentials available to you. By expanding your zone of possibility in your brain, you redefine what you think is possible for your life. Often, our beliefs and past experiences limit us. This process teaches your body and entire system how it feels to already embody everything you desire.

  • After jumping timelines, it’s essential to identify your anchors—bookmarks for the states you experience during the session. These anchors will remind you of your next-level self and help you integrate the aspects of your new timeline into your daily life. How can you bring this new version of yourself into every moment? What practical steps can you take to ensure lasting change?
