Constant presence, a big range of different tasks and long working hours can have a mental, emotional and physical effect on employees. When we constantly switch from one task to another, the quality of the work we are doing can also suffer. It is hard to perform and give from a place of stress and exhaustion. A big part of our day, our mind is wandering. Sound meditation helps to come back to the present moment, release stress and tension and improve focus and inspiration. Deep listening teaches our brains how to shift from wandering to focussing on one thing at a time with full awareness and concentration and to respond instead of react.

One Time Event

This is a group relaxation individually planned for you and your employees. Within the 60-90 minutes sessions you will be introduced to sound healing with a guided meditation followed by a sound bath, which is best experienced comfortably laying down. This event can be set up like a workshop or more focussed on relaxation for your team.

Ongoing Guidance

Guidance with an individual timeframe according to your company’s needs. Together we work on a plan with specific topics and a schedule. This can include:

✴ Workshop on how to be mindful and access relaxation and balance at the workplace.

✴ Ongoing Access to Live and/or Online Sound Healing Sessions for your employees
